The glacier garden is located about 500 m south of the railway station Cavaglia and can easily be reached on a signed trail. ”The giant’s pots” build an extraordinary natural phenomenon: The stones, having rotated due to a strong and constant current and vortex of the prehistoric glacier water, have ground the so-called glacial potholes into the rock during thousands of years and shaped the rock to smooth holes and openings.
