Today the linguistic, cultural, social, architectural and geographic characteristics count as an enormous treasure which is also reflected in the generous hospitality, in the pureness of the biologic products, in the finesse of the handicraft items, in the authenticity of the alternative tourism offer.

There are numerous churches spread all over the whole plain of the valley of Valposchiavo, from the highest to the lowest point. All of them are remarkable constructions which are partly witnesses of the eventful religious history of the valley. Most of them can be visited on the inside as well.
